Bobby Dreadfull is one of the most electrifying performers to hit the stage. His show is a throwback comparble to artists such as James Brown or Prince- high falsetto, unbridled energy, and crazy dance moves! He performs with an 8 piece 12 member band an all original tribal super funk,reggae,rock fusion set that flows seamlessly through musical genres and is guaranteed to move any audience. For many years Bobby D has been producing different genres of music for various artists. He was the key producer at the Lions Den studio working with artists such as K-OS, Andrew Whiteman (Broken Social Scene), and Kardinal Offishall. I just want to make music that inspires the whole world to dance together and to see everyone smiling...a mission accomplished after every high-energy show the band performs. Dreadfull has been ripping up spots with recent shows in Toronto at the NXNE festival, and The Mod Club,Canadian Music Week, Lee's Palace, and on Breakfast Television (Toronto), Afriikadey Festival(Calgary),all with overwhelming response. Dreadfull plans to take the show on the road in the summer and spread the words of luv n funk. Lately he has also been producing some soul riveting funk music for his upcoming album including the soon to be released single Exotic Sugar a bangin funk/rock pop tune supported by a sexy, fairytale type video (videoFACT funded) shot by award-winning director George Vale (Sum41, Tea Party, Rolling Stones) and directed by Dreadfull.
